Please note: within New Zealand we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, however if this is your only option send us a message here or email us at hello@citizenart.co.nz and we'll do our best to help.

Prints are sent by courier within New Zealand, (flat for A2, A3 and A4, in a tube for A1), overseas orders are delivered by New Zealand Post. Unfortunately we are unable to ship framed prints overseas.

International taxes and customs: some countries apply additional customs duty and taxes on items coming into their country before the goods can be released to the recipient. This extra cost is not covered by the shipping costs on our website and is unable to be calculated prior to sending, and is required to be paid by the goods recipient. Please refer to the customs website of your destination country for more information about customs duty and tax charges.
